Barely within a week when the leaders of India and China, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Xi Jinping shook hands at the G20 Summit in Bali, the defence ministers of the countries will again come face to face in Cambodian capital city Phnom Penh.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Phnom Penh will host a gathering of the defence ministers of the ten ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries as well as the bloc's eight dialogue partners - India, China, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Australia, Russia, and the United States.
The Indian and Chinese defence ministers, Rajnath Singh and Wei Fenghe, will also join the 'ADMM Plus' (ASEAN Defence Ministers Meeting Plus) conclave.
