The Centre on Friday brought an ordinance to set up an authority known as the National Capital Service Authority. 

The authority has been established to make recommendations to the Delhi Lieutenant Governor regarding transfers, postings and other matters. 

The National Capital Service Authority days after a Supreme Court order in favour of the AAP government in Delhi. 

The order all rights to the Delhi government to control bureaucracy in the national capital.
