Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has shared a video of seamless traffic and a picturesque flyover in Itanagar. The chief minister also lauded residents for “making city life easier” and termed the aerial view of the state capital as beautiful.
The clip shows vehicles moving through the curves and the flyover keeping ample distance. Adding beauty to the city, lush green spaces are seen in the middle of the roads. The verdure amid buildings adds to the visual treat.

“So beautiful, indeed! Flow of traffic is exemplary in terms of discipline, which gives us so much satisfaction! Every citizen is an important stakeholder in making city life easier and better. Infra facilities in Itanagar have transformed in recent years. Thank you so much @NabamSahaHina1 for sharing the video. Let us take care of our every city, town, village and of course our pride – Itanagar!” Khandu tweeted.

Since being shared on April 15, the clip has got more than 1.4 lakh views on Twitter. Netizens cannot stop gushing over the view and one of them wants to visit the place. A Twitter user commented, “This is amazing.” Another user wrote, “Looks like a well planned one! Cheers.” A third user remarked, “I have a strong urge to visit Itanagar.”

Last year, Aizawl in Mizoram earned praise online for seamless traffic after a clip surfaced showing cars parked on one side of the road in a line while other cars moved behind one another without honking or rushing. Before that, a photograph reportedly from the same state took the internet by storm as it showed people waiting patiently in a traffic jam. No one attempted to cross onto the other side of the road though it was empty.
