New Delhi: Estranged Bharatiya Janata Party leader and film actor Shatrughan Sinha questioned the timing of the Prime Minister's three-nation tour of Africa and also attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over mob lynchings and the controversy on Rafale fighter aircraft deal with France.

Taking to twitter, the sidelined BJP leader wrote: "Dear Sir! As usual, while Parliament is in session, you are on a 3 Nation African tour. Heavens wouldn't have fallen if you'd left after the session. You could have still visited some of the nations left on the globe...(sic)" Sinha said in a series of tweets. "... Also, humble request to direct us as a privilege motion on Rafale deal against Govt has been moved.Jai Hind!", he added.

The last time Sinha took on Modi on Twitter was on Tuesday when he wrote about the Prime Minister's response to Congress president Rahul Gandhi's "splendid" hug in Parliament during the no-confidence motion debate last Friday. The BJP leader called Rahul Gandhi "dynamic young leader of the youth & generation next" and questioned the "hue & cry over a Pyar ki Jhappi" by the Congress president to Prime Minister Modi.

"What's the big fuss, hue & cry over a "Pyar ki Jhappi", an affectionate hug? The dynamic young leader of the youth & generation next, @RahulGandhi spontaneously gave a warm hug to our Hon'ble PM after his speech in Parliament. What a splendid gesture?" tweeted Sinha.
