New Delhi:Uttarakhand has become the fourth state as Open Defecation Free state in the country on Thursday. 
Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar declared Uttarakhand as ODF state during Swachh Bharat Programme organized in ONGC, Dehradun on Thursday. 

In a major initiative under the cleanliness drive, Uttarakhand has got the status as a fourth Open Defecation Free (ODF) state after Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh and Kerala. On this occasion the Union Minister also felicitated ZilaPanchayat members, Block Head and Gram Pradhans from different district.
