Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said the AAP government would soon move Supreme Court to get municipal polls conducted on time. He said there was talk that the Centre might dissolve the Delhi Assembly and convert the city into a full Union Territory and added that any such "BJP ploy" would fail in face of stiff resistance from residents.
During a discussion on an alleged BJP conspiracy to delay municipal polls on the second day of the special session of the Delhi Assembly, Kejriwal said the saffron party was "terrified" of contesting elections against AAP.
