Indian woman, forced to marry Pakistani, allowed to return home

The Islamabad High Court has allowed an Indian woman to return home. Uzma had claimed that she was forced to marry a Pakistani.
An Islamabad High Court Bench ordered police security to the Indian woman till the Wagah border after returning Uzma her original immigration form. Geo News reported.
Uzma, 20, had travelled to Pakistan earlier this month, has said that her Pakistani husband Tahir Ali 'forced' her to marry him at gun point and also harassed her.

With Mohalla clinics in CBI lens Health Secy asks for accounts help

New Delhi: A team of The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which carried out intensive search of Health Department last week, stumbled upon numerous files dealing with financial misappropriation in the functioning of mohalla clinics during the past two years. 
Alarmed over CBI search and seizures, Health Secretary Madhup Vyas sought to ensure financial prudence by appointing Accounts Controller and senior accounts officers in the Health Department. He sent a missive to Principal Secretary (Finance) seeking immediate posting of senior accounts officer and deputy controller of accounts with the Delhi State Health Mission (DSHM).

Recruitment of kids by Maoists: NHRC issues notice to Jharkhand

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice to the Jharkhand government over the alleged abduction and recruitment of children by Maoists in the state. 
Referring to media report, the NHRC sought a report from the state government within two weeks. In a statement, the commission said, it had observed that the media reports suggest the vulnerability of the children in the remote areas of Jharkhand who are dragged into Maoist cadre and their lives are ruined.

Bhiwandi, Malegaon and Panvel civic polls today

The municipal corporation elections in Bhiwandi, Malegaon and Panvel in Maharashtra will go to the polls today. State Election Commission official said, altogether 1,251 candidates are in fray in the three civic bodies. 
The official added that there are altogether 12.96 lakh eligible voters for 252 seats in the polls to the three civic bodies. The results will be announced on Friday.

World's largest aircraft successfully completes test flight

The world's largest aircraft successfully completed a test flight, bringing the massive helium-filled airship one step closer to commercial use. 
The hybrid aircraft dubbed the Airlander 10 combines technology from airplanes, helicopters and airships. It is designed to fly at altitudes of 6,100 meters for up to five days. With a length of 92 metres, it is the largest aircraft currently flying.
On May 10, the Airlander 10 flew for a total of 180 minutes to test the aircraft's handling, improved landing technology and more.
