#C295 Aircraft Inducted Into IAF At Hindon Airbase in Ghaziabad

Indian Air Force (IAF) on Monday formally inducted its first C295 transport aircraft at Hindon Air Base in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad, where Defence Minister was Rajnath Singh present to mark the occasion.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated the Bharat Drone Shakti-2023 exhibition at the Hindon Air Base, where the induction ceremony of C295 aircraft also took place. Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari was also present at the event.

#Trudeau honours Nazi-linked veteran, House speaker issues apology to Jews

Following the criticism against Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for meeting and honouring a veteran of a Nazi division, Speaker of the House of Commons Anthony Rota issued an apology to the Jewish community on Sunday. The apology came after Canada's Leader of Opposition Pierre Poilievre pointed out Trudeau's "appalling error in judgment".

Trudeau met with and honored a veteran of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, a Nazi division, during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to Canada this week. Poilievre, in criticism, took to social media and demanded an apology from the Prime Minister.
