#Chandrababu Naidu Walks Out Of Jail After 53 Days, Thanks Followers For Support

As Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu walked out of the Rajahmundry Central Jail after 53 days on Tuesday evening, he thanked his followers for their support.

Earlier in the day, the Andhra Pradesh High Court granted interim bail for four weeks to Naidu in connection with the multi-crore skill development corporation scam case.

'Sinister plot': On the Apple hacking alert, BJP points to George Soros link

bJP's IT cell head Amit Malviya on Wednesday alleged a George Soros link to the Apple warning that several opposition leaders received on Tuesday (October 31) about "state-sponsored attackers" attempting to target their iPhones. Retweeting a thread on X (formerly Twitter), Malviya said the network 'Access Now', which opposition leaders cited to back their hacking claims, was funded by Soros.

#President Droupadi Murmu Terminates Indian Army Major Posted With Strategic Forces

The services of an Indian Army Major who was posted with a Strategic Forces Command (SFC) unit have been terminated by President Droupadi Murmu. As per an army inquiry, the Major was involved in various lapses which led to compromising the national security, The Indian Express reported.

The President used powers conferred by Section 18 of the Army Act, 1950, read along with Article 310 of the Constitution and several other powers in this behalf, to terminate the services with immediate effect. The orders of the President were issued on September 15 and were made public earlier this month at the Strategic Forces Command Unit in North India where the Major was posted.

Manipur police officer shot dead by militants, CM Biren Singh calls it ‘cold-blooded killing’

A police officer was killed in Manipur's Moreh on Tuesday after he was shot at by suspected militants.

The incident took place when Moreh Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Chingtham Anand was inspecting a newly constructed helipad at the Eastern ground in the border town.

The SDPO was taken to a primary health centre in Moreh where he succumbed to his injury.
