Leads Connect Services, a premier agritech data, risk management, and financial services company, and Ensuredit, an AI-based platform that brings efficiency to the insurance distribution cycle, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic joint venture (JV) named ‘Leads Ensuredit Private Limited’.

The collaboration harnesses the power of technology, data analytics, and industry insights to improve the financial resilience of farmers and agribusinesses by developing tailored insurance products that help with enhanced risk management.

Rajeev Chaudhary, who is a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), told The Financial Express, “We are ready to open and soon it will be inaugurated.” The NCRTC has been given the responsibility of operating the RAPIDX service. The NCRTC is a joint initiative between the central government and the governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.

India has appealed against a ruling by the World Trade Organization's (WTO) trade dispute settlement panel, which deemed the country's import duties on certain information and technology (ICT) products as inconsistent with global trade norms.

The WTO has confirmed that India has requested a review by the Appellate Body, seeking to reverse, modify, or declare moot and of no legal effect the panel's findings, conclusions, rulings, and recommendations, reported news agency PTI.
