Bengali actress and TMC MP Nusrat Jahan made her first public appearance today, September 8, after delivering her first child. The actress welcomed a baby boy on August 26. In less than a month, the actress has resumed work. For the first time, Nusrat publicly spoke about her child's father.

In a recent post on Instagram, Nusrat Jahan, shared a powerful message for her haters. Today, September 8, the actress spoke about her son's father while addressing the media. When asked when can one get the first glimpse of her son, Nusrat said, "You should ask his father that. He is not letting anyone see him at the moment."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh University in Aligarh district on September 14, almost two years after Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced its formation.

The university will be built on 92.27 acres of land in the village of Lodha in the district’s Kol tehsil. District officials told The Indian Express that the land was in their possession.

In the first phase, the project is expected to cost Rs 101 crore, of which Rs 10 crore was released in March. An administrative block, a library, common facilities, and hostel and residential areas would be constructed in this phase. The government plans to complete it by January 2023.

Uttarakhand Governor Baby Rani Maurya resigned on Wednesday, two years before completing her tenure. She tendered her resignation to President Ram Nath Kovind, a Rajbhawan official said. She has resigned for personal reasons, he said.

Maurya was sworn in as the governor of Uttarakhand on August 26, 2018 taking over from Krishna Kant Paul at the end of his five-year tenure. She had completed three years in office as the governor last month.
