West Bengal chief minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee has said that her party has decided to "boycott" the special sitting of Parliament and called the implementation plan of GST a second "epic blunder" of the government after demonetisation.

New Delhi:In yet another audacious act, North Korea has threatened to "impose the death penalty" on the South's former president Park Geun-Hye for over an alleged plot to assassinate its leader Kim Jong-Un.
Park had "pushed forward" a supposed plan by Seoul's intelligence services to eliminate the North's leadership, Pyongyang's security ministry and prosecutors said in a statement carried by its official Korean Central News Agency.
