Subramanian Swamy Asserts Ram Temple In Ayodhya By Next Diwali

New Delhi: Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has asserted that construction of the proposed Ram temple in Ayodhya would commence soon and it will be ready to receive devotees by next Diwali.

Hurdles in the way of the proposed Ram temple are being removed, Swami said without elaborating.

"Construction of the temple is likely to begin sooner than later. This week we will be celebrating Diwali and by next Diwali the Ram temple is likely to be ready to receive devotees," he remarked while addressing a seminar in Patna. The seminar was organised by the Bihar unit of Virat Hindustan Sangam (VHS), which he has floated.

CM Vijayan Tells BJP ‘Not To Mess With Kerala’

New Delhi: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan had asked BJP ‘not to mess with Kerala’ and taunted the party`s Jan Raksha Yatra, saying the month-long campaigns results appeared to be negligible as the people of Kerala spoke against it in one voice.

He accused the BJP and the RSS of carrying out a "malicious campaign" to tarnish the image of the state and damage its tourism industry.

"A boycott Kerala campaign is being run with the call to bring tourism in Kerala to its knees. People of other states are asked not to come to Kerala so as to bring our tourism industry to a standstill," Vijayan claimed.

PM Modi To Begin Projects Worth Rs 3,700 Crore In Bihar

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Patna on Saturday on a day-long visit to Bihar and will address the centenary celebrations of Patna University. 

Mr Modi will also lay the foundation stone of four sewerage projects under Namami Gange and four National Highway projects worth over 3,700 crore rupees in Mokama. 

These projects include a six-lane bridge over river Ganga. The Prime Minister will also address a public meeting in Mokama in the afternoon.

Snake Found Inside Bottle Filled From Hospital's Water Cooler

New Delhi: In a serious lapse of sanitation and safety to health, a small snake entered a patient's bottle while he was filling it from a water cooler at a District Hospital in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur District.

Horrified with the incident, the patient's father informed that he had gone to fill his son's water bottle, who is admitted in the hospital when the snake was found.

"I went to fill the bottle from the water cooler and was putting it to my son's mouth when I saw the snake inside the bottle.".He added that this was heights of carelessness and people who are not sick, even they would die after drinking water from hospital's premises.

MHA Declares Deportation Of Illegal Immigrants As Centre’s Task

New Delhi: Union Home Ministry has said that the deportation of illegal immigrants including Rohingyas has to be dealt with only by the Centre as it is essentially an executive function. 

A Home Ministry spokesperson said in New Delhi on Friday that questions regarding illegal immigrants need to be examined keeping in mind diplomatic consideration, internal security situation, demographic changes in the country and duties of the central government towards its own citizens. It is, therefore, desirable that these issues ought to be handled by policy-making function of the executive, he said.
