In a historic feat for Indian as well as Tamil Cinema, actor Suriya's Tamil film Jai Bhim, which was recently released on OTT giant Amazon Prime Video, became the highest-rated movie on IMDb. Unbelievable, right? Well, believe it, friend.

The movie received a combined IMDb rating of 9.6/10 on its way to going atop the list that included The Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather, and The Dark Knight.

As a result, The Shawshank Redemption, considered to be one of the finest films to ever be made, dropped to the second spot with a worldwide rating of 9.3/10. In third place was The Godfather, the cinematic masterpiece based on the best-selling Mario Puzo novel by the same name, with a score of 9.2/10.

Matthew Wade, played the innings of his life to send Australia into the T20 World Cup 2021 final, credited his batting partner Marcus Stoinis for showing him the way to bat on the Dubai pitch in the second semifinal against Pakistan on Thursday (November 11). Wade (41 not out off 17) and Stoinis (40 off 31) shared an unbeaten 81-run stand for the sixth wicket to pull off a five-wicket win over Pakistan.

Pakistan were on top when Wade joined Stoinis in the middle. “I was talking to Stoinis at the other end and tried to work out what they’re doing. I got a little more pace on than expected, I probably could have used it a little bit earlier, but yeah… Glad to get a couple at the end. There wasn't a lot of chat before I went in as we lost quick wickets,” he said at the post match presentation.

In a recent chat with Our Stupid Reactions YouTube channel, Rahman spoke about being under tremendous pressure when he was composing for Rajinikanth films. Rahman mentioned that deadlines would be too tight for those movies and he would have to deliver multiple tracks and background scores as well for the big release.

While earlier Akshay Kumar has achieved this feat with films like Housefull 2, Rowdy Rathore, Holiday, Airlift, Housefull 3, Rustom, Jolly LLB 2, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Gold, 2 Point 0, Kesari, Mission Mangal, Housefull 4, and Good Newwz, Salman Khan's films, which have entered the Rs 100 crore club includes, Dabangg, Dabangg 2, Dabangg 3, Tiger Zinda Hai, Ek Tha Tiger, Bharat, Jai Ho, Tubelight, Ready, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Bodyguard, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Race 3.

Katrina Kaif seemed unaware that her co-star Akshay Kumar co-produced their latest film Sooryavanshi. The actor was shocked when she found out about his investment in the film on The Kapil Sharma Show.

Sooryavanshi was released on November 5. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film is presented by Reliance Entertainment and produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez with Dharma Productions and Cape Good Films.

The Kapil Sharma Show released a new and ‘uncensored’ video from Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif's episode on YouTube. At one point, Katrina was praising director Rohit Shetty for holding on to the film. “Rohit sir did a lot to hold on to this film. That really I saw,” Katrina said before Akshay interrupted her and asked, “So Rohit sir did but I didn't?” “You also did a lot of things,” she replied.
