Kangana Ranaut to host 'Lock Upp,' takes dig at Salman's Bigg Boss: 'this is not your bhai's house'

 

From being an actor to producer and director, Kangana Ranaut in the past few years has been going from strength to strength. The actor has added another feather to her cap as she will be turning host for a reality show ‘Lock Upp’. Ranaut is collaborating with producer Ekta Kapoor for the show.

The show will see 16 contestants being locked up in a prison for 72 days. Apart from the actor playing the host, there will be a celebrity jailer too. Taking a dig at Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss, Ranaut said, “Ye koi aapke bade bhai ka ghar nahi hai, yeh mera jail hai. I will have files of every contestant and their truth.”

Actor Ramesh Deo, who worked with Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, dies aged 93

 

Indian film and television actor Ramesh Deo, who attacked in more than 250 films in his career, passed away at the age of 93 after suffering a heart attack. His son, director Abhinay Deo confirmed his death and told Indian Express, "He passed away due to heart attack around 8.30 pm tonight at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He was 93."

Deo has worked with stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Rajesh Khanna and has appeared in films like 'Anand', 'Aap Ki Kasam',

Nagarjuna dismisses his viral comments on samantha and naga chaitanya as "completely false"

On Thursday, an alleged statement by Nagarjuna on Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya's separation went viral. An entertainment news website ran an interview in which Nagarjuna, who is Naga Chaitanya's father, allegedly claimed that it was Samantha who wanted a separation and Naga Chaitanya was worried about the family's reputation. Now, Nagarjuna has issued a statement about what he has dismissed as "completely false and absolute nonsense." It's unclear if he denies saying what IndiGliz quoted or giving the interview altogether. In a tweet, Nagarjuna wrote: "The news in social media and electronic media quoting my statement about Samantha & Nagachaitanya is completely false and absolute nonsense!!"
