Laal Singh Chaddha box office collection Day 5: Aamir Khan's film sinks further in extended weekend

Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor's film Laal Singh Chaddha's performance has been below average. The film, which was released alongside Akshay Kumar's Raksha Bandhan, failed to perform well even during the extended weekend of August 15. According to trade reports, Laal Singh Chaddha minted Rs 8 crore on Monday.

Laal Singh Chaddha's box office collection has been shocking, to say the least. Be it bad word of mouth or clash with Raksha Bandhan, Aamir's film has been a disappointment. According to a report by Pinkvilla, Laal Singh Chaddha has collected Rs 46 crore. In 5 days, the film failed to cross the Rs 50 crore mark.

Akshay Kumar's 'Raksha Bandhan' continues to struggle on Day 4, collects 28 crores in total

Akshay Kumar's 'Raksha Bandhan' is having a tough time at the box office. On Day 4, the film was only able to collect only 7.05 crores. This means that daily collections have not even touched double digits in the past four days despite it being a long weekend.

The box office results have been really surprising considering that it boasts of a stellar cast and crew. The total collections of the film have touched only 28 crores as of now. However, the makers of the film shared a poster on their social media handles, thanking the audiences for overwhelming love and support.
