It is a big day for Indian cinema! Team RRR has made the nation proud with it's big win at Golden Globes Awards 2023. The SS Rajamouli directorial won an award for the Best Song- Motion Picture for Naatu Naatu. The song was picturised on Jr NTR and Ram Charan. Earlier today, Twitter celebrated the big win of team RRR. The song has been crooned by M. M. Keeravani. Following the official announcement, several celebrities congratulated SS Rajamouli and his team on this huge feat. Now, RRR actor Edward Sonnenblick has reacted to Naatu Naatu winning big at Golden Globes Awards. He played the role of Edward, a British officer, in RRR.

RRR director SS Rajamouli takes traditional route in dhoti-kurta set for Golden Globes

It is nothing short of surreal to see RRR creating waves not just in India but overseas. The country has been rooting for the film, which has bagged two nominations at the Golden Globes. Director SS Rajamouli along with the lead actors, Ram Charan and Jr NTR have arrived at the award ceremony which is currently underway in Los Angeles. Jr NTR opted for classy black tuxedo for his red carpet appearance, while SS Rajamouli and Ram Charan took the traditional route.

SS Rajamouli's unconventional outfit choice was a red and black dhoti-kurta. He completed the look with a red stole which was embellished with tassels at the hem.

Farah Khan has shared a funny new video on Instagram, about her visit to a fancy Jaipur restaurant that had opened its doors exclusively for her even after shutting down for the day. The Om Shanti Om director appreciated the staff's hospitality, but also cracked a joke and asked them, "Bill kaun bharega (Who'll pay the bill)?"

In the video, which she posted on Instagram, Farah is seen wearing a black outfit and a flower garland around her neck as she walked into the restaurant. She showed the royal interiors of the restaurant, as well. She said, "Namaste," to the staff as they welcomed her with the traditional greeting; " Khamma Ghani."

Suniel Shetty asks UP CM Yogi Adityanath to help end ‘boycott Bollywood’ trend: ‘You can't call the industry rotten’

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met several actors from Bollywood on Thursday as part of the state’s initiative to give more sops for shooting there. On the occasion, Suniel Shetty, one of the actors present, spoke to the CM, urging him to help put an end to the ‘boycott Bollywood’ movement. The actor expressed his anguish at the stigma around the film industry these days.

Suniel was joined by actors like Jackie Shroff and playback singer Kailash Kher in the meeting that took place in Mumbai. Yogi Adityanath had met actor Akshay Kumar a day prior to that. As per reports, the discussions in the meeting included the future of the upcoming Film City in the state.
