Actor Vaibhavi Upadhyaya, best known for her role in the popular TV show 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', died in a car accident.

The unfortunate news was shared by producer JD Majethia. In a post on Instagram Story, he informed that the accident took place in North India.

Ram Charan made Indian cinema proud yet again as he attended the G20 Summit in Kashmir as a representative. At the event, he dropped a hint about his Hollywood debut and spoke highly about Indian cinema and the rooted stories that directors are churning out. A few months ago, the RRR star revealed that he was in talks with Hollywood directors and producers. However, details regarding his debut Hollywood project are yet to be out.

Ram Charan jetted off to Srinagar on May 22 to attend the G20 Summit in Srinagar, Kashmir. He also spoke about his admiration for Kashmir since his childhood.

Speaking at the event, Ram Charan casually dropped a hint about his Hollywood debut. He said, "I want to explore India more and I don't think I would want to travel anywhere else for my films unless the producer or director is from Hollywood. I want to stick to my culture.I want to educate that our Indian sentiments are so strong. Our culture is so strong. There's a lot of dignity in our stories. Nowadays, when you see it, it's not South Indian or North Indian movie, it's about Indian mitta ka stories. These stories are finally coming out."

Ram Charan was last seen playing a cameo role in Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The actor is presently shooting for his big-budget film, Game Changer, with director Shankar. The film is likely to hit theatres later this year or early 2024.

Post Game Changer, Ram Charan will start work on his upcoming film with director Buchi Babu Sana. An official announcement on the same is still awaited.

Actor, model and casting coordinator Aditya Singh Rajput was found dead at his apartment in Mumbai's Andheri area, news agency ANI reported quoting police officials. He was 32.

The actor's body has been sent for post-mortem and the investigation is underway.

However, the cause of Rajput's death remains unknown.

Rajput was allegedly not keeping well since the last couple of days and he collapsed in the bathroom of his apartment in the Oshiwara area this afternoon, an official told PTI. 

It has now been over a fortnight since Sudipto Sen's controversial film The Kerala Story hit the screens. The controversial film continues to generate divisive discussions among the public and on social media. While some claim that the movie provides an authentic representation of events unfolding in Kerala, others argue that its creators are disseminating falsehoods as part of a propaganda effort against the state.

In the midst of all this, renowned filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has come out in support of The Kerala Story while criticising Bollywood for its "death-like silence on the shattering success of the film."

RGV also said the film will haunt Bollywood like a "mysterious fog in every story discussion room and corporate house."
