Anurag Kashyap expresses his wish to work with Lokesh Kanagaraj: Want to die gloriously in one of his films

Anurag Kashyap's undying love for Tamil films is known to everyone. But, his recent comment on being a part of a Lokesh Kanagaraj film took the cake. He expressed his wish to die in one of his films as he gives glorious death to his actors. The filmmaker's recent interview is now going viral on social media. On the work front, he is waiting for the theatrical release of his film, Kennedy. 

He also appreciated Vetri Maaran's Viduthalai and said, "I absolutely loved Viduthalai and can't wait to see its second part. Vijay Sethupathi was very good in the film. But the two big surprises were Soori and Rajiv Menon. For me, Viduthalai is Vetri's best film to date and he gets better with each film."

The director also opened up about his admiration for Kamal Haasan and Vijay Sethupathi. 

Anurag Kashyap'sKenedy had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival on May 24, 2024. It received a seven-minute standing ovation at the prestigious film festival. Kennedy is a neo-noir thriller flick starring Rahul Bhat and Sunny Leone in lead roles. After Cannes, the film will be premiered at the Sydney Film Festival this year. 

Anurag Kashyap's fans are now eagerly waiting for the theatrical release of Kennedy. The release date is yet to be announced.
